P.D.:\n <\/strong> The name \u00a0WELLPLEX <\/strong> <\/strong> combines two key ideas: \u201eWellness\u201c<\/strong> and \"Complex\"<\/strong>.<\/strong> The concept reflects the core idea behind the project \u2013 residential complexes that integrate \u00a0wellness services<\/strong> such as fitness, spa, healthy dining, and relaxation areas, all within a unified space. WELLPLEX<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong> isn\u2019t just another real estate project \u2013 it\u2019s an entirely new category of living spaces<\/strong>. Essentially, WELLPLEX combines residential living<\/strong>\u00a0 with a full range of wellness facilities<\/strong> \u2013 not just a gym or spa, but a comprehensive wellness ecosystem. Pulse Park<\/strong>, on the other hand, is located in the\u00a0 Lyulin district of Sofia<\/strong>, right next to the West Park<\/strong>.
